六、报告摘要:
Size and weight limitations of low-earth orbit (LEO) small satellites make their operation rest on afine balance between solar power infeed and power demands of communication technologies onboard, buffered by on-board battery storage. As a result, the problem of planning battery-poweredpayload utilization together with intersatellite communication is very intricate, even more so forsatellite constellations and megaconstellations. In this presentation, we present a working solution to the problem that combines dynamic programming with antichain-based pruning, perpetuated by areceding horizon scheduling strategy. Accuracy, efficiency, scalability, and robustness with respect to the operational requirements and constraints of LEO constellations have been demonstrated in orbit.
